A feelings board game the whole family plays together
Lumi's Lantern Path is a printable feelings board game where your child walks a forest trail with Lumi the firefly. On Feeling spaces they read a body clue like “my cheeks feel hot,” name the feeling and try a Calm Move with everyone at the table.
It's a cooperative game, so nobody loses. You light five lanterns together while your child practices spotting big feelings early, long before a meltdown starts. Season Calm Moves keep it fresh all year, and make-your-own pages let you add your own body clues and house rules.
Little ones can take the Sprout Trail shortcut, and bigger kids can walk the full Glow Trail.
